Dwayne was the founding pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He began in the year 2007. The church is also the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is committed to educating the next generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the committee of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several articles on the internet as well as a contributing author in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne is the father of three children to his spouse Leslie.
